In March 2019, UK Government’s Defra launched a Call for Evidence on the needs for future funding by UK Government of conservation in UKOTs. Analysis of these responses was delayed initially by overload on hard-pressed officials due to Brexit, and then by the UK general election (as Government cannot publish materials in the lead-up to this).
