UKOT/CD Environment Ministers' Council
Although very different in character, finances and their relationships with UK, the UKOTs and CDs, all boast beautiful environments that are important to economies and ways of life. In terms of biodiversity, the UK Overseas Territories hold over 90% of the world biodiversity for which UK is responsible. Many of these species occur nowhere else in the world. The Environment Ministers of the UK Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies have met on average once per year since 2015, supported by UKOTCF. Each meeting has released a statement, which can be accessed here by clicking on each meeting link.
