Bookings for the UKOTCF Conference 2025 are now open. 

The conference will take place on Monday 13th to Thursday 16th October 2025, in the afternoons GMT, so as to make the timing practicable for as wide a range of territory time-zones as possible. We plan to make available to registered participants, after the conference, recordings of the sessions, particularly for those not able to join on the day. 

UKOTCF is subsidising this conference heavily, including by huge amounts of volunteer time. We hope to secure other financial support, enabling us to stay with a similar charge structure used for the 2021 conference, nearly 4 years earlier. On the basis of this, the fees to attend are as follows:

• Standard rate £100 (this also includes anyone who qualifies for a concessionary rate but does not wish to claim as they wish to give more support to the conservation conference)
• Early bird rate £75 (this option is available until the end of May 2025)
• Conference correspondence and materials £75 (this option will be available for those unable to attend in person but would like to receive information and material including the recordings)
• Concessionary rate £50 (this applies to: members of UKOTCF Member and Associate organisations; high-school, 6th-form or undergraduate students; members of the conference recommendations drafting team)
• Paid through another route £0 (this applies to: conference organising team-members, and persons included in a group payment; and high-school, 6th-form or undergraduate student or conservation worker, including speakers or members of conference recommendations drafting team, requiring assistance who have applied for and been granted a place – for information on how to apply for a student or conservation worker free place,  click here [opens in separate window]) 
• A donation to the conference (this option is available to those wishing to support the conference)
